Local Strategic Partnership

The Local Strategic Partnership brings together a range of organisations including voluntary and community groups and parish councils, the borough and county councils, health sector, police, fire, and private sector business.

One of its responsibilities is to produce a Sustainable Community Strategy for the Borough.

The Partnership published a draft Suatainable Community Strategy for the Borough for consultation during October 2006.

The Strategy has been finalised by the Partnership and was formally approved by the Borough Council at its meeting on 22 February 2007.
