Parking We aim to provide safe, clean, affordable and regularly patrolled pay and display car parks throughout the Borough. Many car parks have CCTV coverage to give you added peace of mind. In the winter, car parks are regularly gritted and are well lit. All of our fee paying car parks are “Pay and Display” operated but we also provide several free car parks. Blue Badge holders are exempt from all parking charges and time limits on Pay and Display car parks when the badge is displayed. Further details are available for each of the following: -
